Rahm Emanuel is a criminal. Barack Obama is a fool.

Of all the disappointing things a man can do in his life, making a poor vouch is near the top of the pile. People avoid the guy who likes and promotes everyone. This guy resembles a fool when he makes a horrible vouch. The people who know him look like a fool. All in all it causes people to question said fool’s ability to do his job of vouching.

A warning to men everywhere: know the people you vouch for. They could be criminals, just like Mr. Emanuel. The shocker is that this man purposefully participated in deceiving and manipulating shareholders in order to gain personal wealth (read: criminal acts). Mr. Obama, just where did you leave your tact and responsibility as a leader? Criminals shouldn’t be in charge of the corner store, let alone America’s most important boardroom.

From the Chi town times:

On Emanuel’s watch, the board was told by executives of a plan to use accounting tricks to mislead shareholders about outsize profits the government-chartered firm was then reaping from risky investments. The goal was to push earnings onto the books in future years, ensuring that Freddie Mac would appear profitable on paper for years to come and helping maximize annual bonuses for company brass.
