If you love something, fasten its seatbelt
Today’s helping of Aussie news brings us word from the Northern Territory of the goings-on in and around Alice Springs.
A motorist in Australia was fined for strapping down a pack of beer rather than his young child. Officers must have been a bit incredulous when he gave both a “blank” look and the excuse that it was the first time beer had taken priority over his child.
Aw c’mon now. The good ol’ bruce never meant any harm. He was probably just on his way to a cat stew and wanted to be prepared.
